  • Apply for Business License

    The Town of Brantley requires each person, firm, corporation or other business entity to obtain a business license prior to conducting business in the Town of Brantley, or its police jurisdiction. The license year is January 1 through December 31. Business license renewals are due in January and delinquent after January 31 each year. Proof of State Certification is required for certain classifications.

    Traffic tickets may be paid in person, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  The Brantley Municipal Court does not accept personal or company checks.  All cashier’s checks and money orders should be made payable to Brantley Municipal Court.

    The Town Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at the old Armory.

  • When and where do I pay my water bill?

    All payments for water bills are due at the close of business on the 11th of each month. If the 11th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, then payment is due the next business day.
