Payments may be made in person, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Payments may be made with cash, checks, debit/credit card (fee applies), or money order.
Water will NOT be turned on after 3:30 pm.
Important Information
There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (877) 748-6252 Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 2pm EST. Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected.

To Connect Water
Come to Town Hall at 10 M.L. King Ave
Deposit required ($230.00)
If tap required (Sewage = $500) (Water = $300)
Requires physical address of property
Late penalty ($5.00) applies to payments after the 10th of the month
Reconnect payment ($25.00)
Camellia Village Residents: $150 deposit required

Come to Town Hall at 10 M.L. King Ave or call (334-527-8624) to add sewage service to existing water account.
Sewage tap fee - $500 .00
Garbage Service
Come to Town Hall at 10 M.L. King Ave or call (334-527-8624) to add garbage service to existing water account.
Deposit of $30.00 required for 95-gallon residential container.
Pick-Up Schedule
Monday – Town of Dozier residents
Wednesday – Main Street and areas west of Main Street
Thursday – Areas east of Main Street
Please place trash container outside before midnight the night before trash pick up.
